7-12 wrestling practices this week and next!

Dakota Stensland will be running 4 practices this week and next!

Time: 6:30-8:00
Where: Mazeppa wrestling room
Days: Tuesday 22nd, Thursday 24th, Tuesday 29th, Thursday 31st(time to be determined for 31st)
Practice: This practice will incorperate conditioning and technique…be prepared to work!
who: 7-12 wrestlers. If you are currently in another sport please respect that sport/activity before participating with us
Cost: free

Tony Stensland will be the adult onsite.

REMINDER: ZM Elementary free wrestling

zm YouthWrestlingFlier – final draft

Please encourage any elementary aged kid to give wrestling a try! This night is designated to those kids who never wrestled or quit wrestling and want to try it again. Our goal is to present a comfortable and nonintimidating environment to these first timers!

Inner Drive wrestling tonight Grades 7-12

Inner Drive wrestling is ran by Ricky Ties at RCTC college wrestling room. It is open to All SE MN wrestlers.

Who: 7-12 ZM wrestlers
When: Monday and Wednesdays starting tonight for 5 weeks.
time: 6:30-7:30ish….never later than 7:45.
Cost: $40-make checks payable to Inner Drive wrestling.
FREE to those who attended the spring or summer sessions.

Lets make a push to get as many kids to this as possible! It’s cheap, close, and great training!

Wrestling Room Work Tomorrow

If you are available tomorrow, we’d love your help!

When: Saturday, October 5, 2013 8:00-11:00 AM
Where: New wrestling room in Mazeppa
Who: Any parent, relative, or wrestler who is willing to help!

What to do:

  1. Putting in the remaining subfloor
  2. Laying out mats & fitting them
  3. Cleaning up & organizing old wrestling room
