Z-M Community Calendars On Sale Now
The Zumbrota-Mazeppa High School wrestling team is currently selling a Community Calendar that can be personalized with birthdays and anniversaries. On Saturday, November 19th, wrestlers will head out into the community to gather calendar orders. You may also place an order on-line or contact one of your favorite ZM wrestlers by December 1st.

Free Youth Wrestling Practice to be led by Link Steffen
The youth wrestling season (PreK-6th grade) will be starting soon and we’d like you to join us! We hope to relay this information to as many parents and youth as we can. Please help us out by sharing this post!
New to wrestling or looking to try it again? We are offering a free practice on Tuesday, November 15th at 6:00 PM in the Mazeppa school wrestling room led by high school coach Link Steffen. This practice provides the opportunity to learn more about the sport without any commitment. See this flyer for more details.
Registration is Tuesday, November 15th at 7:00 PM in Mazeppa school large gym. We’ll cover practice schedule, important dates, opportunity to order singlets, and other essential information. You can get a head start and download the registration form and bring it with you on the 15th.

Brota Valley Wildcats is to support and promote the activities of youth wrestling in the Zumbrota and Mazeppa communities. The monies raised from this fundraising event will go towards summer camp registrations and equipment. This removes the financial burden for families so that every child has the equal opportunity to learn a new sport and gain invaluable life lessons in an all-inclusive, fun environment.
ZM Youth Wrestling Hosting Physical Fitness Nights
On Tuesday, November 1st and Monday, November 7th from 6- 7:00 PM, ZM Youth Wrestling will be hosting free Physical Fitness Nights open to any Pre-K thru 6th grade student. The action will take place in the Mazeppa school wrestling room. Fun activities are planned to help with strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Wear a t-shirt, gym shorts, and clean tennis or wrestling shoes. There is no cost and no experience necessary. Join your friends and come make new ones!

July 11-13 Mini-Camp
Thank you to Sean Ahrar of St. Olaf College for doing three nights of camp with us! Sean showed technique, explained expectations of college wrestling, and shared many example of how a quality high school and college education can help a person succeed in life. Sean also has many years of military experience and shared with us some of those adventures. It was a very successful week and we hope to have Sean back again!
And a HUGE thank you goes out to Donnie Dahl for cooking our boys supper on the last night of camp last week! Donnie not only donated his time, but he also brought his own smoker and many supplies to complete the job! The chicken was amazing! They boys also enjoyed yogurt and fresh fruit! It was a beautiful evening to hang out!
