On Friday night, Zumbrota Mazeppa beat Pine Island 49-12. In the marquee matchup of the night, our #8 AA ZM beat the #9 AAA Rochester Mayo 49-21! On Saturday morning, ZM traveled to Glencoe for an individual tournament that included #6 AA Watertown-Mayer and #1 A Jackson County Central. ZM ran away from the field with a comfortable 52.5 point advantage. Jack Krier got Outstanding Wrestler at the tournament, and Zumbrota Mazeppa won the sportsmanship award at the trophy…The trifecta!
