Youth Wrestling Physical Fitness Nights; Technique Session by Cody Heitman

On Monday, November 18th and Monday, November 25th from 6- 7:00 PM, ZM Youth Wrestling will be hosting free Physical Fitness Nights open to any Pre-K thru 6th grade student.  The action will take place in the Mazeppa school wrestling room.  Fun activities are planned to help with strength, speed, agility, and endurance.  Wear a t-shirt, gym shorts, and clean tennis or wrestling shoes.  There is no cost and no experience necessary.  Join your friends and come make new ones!

Cody Heitman will be running a technique session for our youth on Thursday, November 21st at 6 PM in the wrestling room.  A year or two of experience is recommended for the technique session.  Cody is a former Cougar and SMSU Mustang wrestler.

Order ZM Youth Wrestling Apparel by Friday, Nov 8th at Midnight

The on-line store to order youth singlets, warm-up jackets/pants, fight shorts, or competition shirt will close Friday night, November 8.  The warm-up jackets, pants, and shorts are great for adults too.  If you order the warm-up jacket AND and a pair of pants, you can get $15 off the pair.  To do so, use code “ZM SET”.  Note ONLY use this code if you buy the jacket and pant pair. As a group we need to order a minimum of 12 of each item. Contact Chris Lexvold if you want to try on a singlet before ordering.

The on-line store for youth sweatshirts and t-shirts will close Friday night. Registered wrestlers receive a free t-shirt, but if you’d like to order more for the family feel free to do so. Ladies sweatshirts are also available.
